Green Nature Marketing assists in major university diverting waste from landfill!

In a recent case study provided by Nature Works LLC, the efforts of one major university to reduce their footprint started with diverting waste at their athletic events.   NatureWorks an independent company invested in by Cargill and PTT Global Chemical and are the first to offer a family of commercially available biopolymers derived from 100 percent annually renewable resources.   They apply a unique technology to the processing of natural plant sugars to create the proprietary polylactide polymer marketed under the Ingeo brand name.  Ingeo, provided by StalkMarket, was just one part of the zero waste solution.  The compostable packaging and cookware along with GreenDrop Recycling collection and recycling bins helped in the effort to divert 100% of the waste generated in the suites section of Penn State University’s Beaver Stadium.
