The SIMULATE Story
SIMULATE was founded by then 18-year-old Australian tech entrepreneur Ben Pasternak to redefine how humans get the nutrition they need.
At 15 years old, Ben dropped out of high school and moved to NYC alone after becoming the youngest person to raise venture capital. He then founded teen social networking app Monkey, which grew to 20 million users and was acquired in 2017. Ben’s career in tech began with the creation of two mobile apps that each went to #1 in the Apple App Store.
SIMULATE Food Philosophy
SIMULATE’s mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable nutrition. We believe food should be sustainable and efficient. Our scientists develop products simulating the taste, texture, smell, and appearance of chicken, with upgraded nutritional characteristics, leaving no room for compromise.
Our first product, SIMULATE CHICKEN NUGGETS, is 100% plant-based, featuring higher protein and lower fat than animal-based nuggets while accurately simulating the taste, feel, and smell of chicken.
SIMULATE DISCS is an iteration on our chicken technology with an optimized shape, increased protein, and diversity of use cases.
Just like chicken, SIMULATE products can be oven baked, deep fried, air fried, griddled, TurboChef’d, toaster ovened, and more.
